Mary goes through the property making detailed notes, then provides a checklist for the homeowners to either do themselves or hire out. Before any photos are taken for marketing purposes, Mary comes in to do the final staging. Working alone, with an assistant or with the homeowners, Mary uses her knowledge of feng shui, modern design training and years of experience as she arranges furniture, lighting, mirrors and art to best showcase the architectural features and lifestyle elements that fit with the property.
A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is an evaluation of similar, recently sold homes (called comparables) that are near a home intended to be bought or sold. It establishes a price estimate based on current market activity and serves as a guide for pricing a home. Buyers and sellers use a professional CMA when they are preparing to buy or sell a home. Bruce is pleased to provide residential CMA’s free of charge for current or potential future homeowners.
